Costs and Size

$12.95  Small - based on 4 ounces of protein (pre cooked ) plus all vegetables and grains (if applicable).   

$14.95  Large - based on 6 ounces of protein (pre cooked) plus all vegetables and grains (if applicable).

$24.95 Family - based on 12 ounces of protein (pre cooked) plus all vegetables and grains (if applicable).

$6.50 Soups - packaged in 1 pint container based on 3 ounces protein (precooked)


Delivery Costs

Clients on Auto-Ship never pay a delivery fee.
Clients that order a la Carte will pay $1 per entree delivered.  See below for minimum total delivery.   


Minimum Delivery

A $50 minimum applies to all deliveries.  If your order falls short of the $50 minimum then your delivery charge will
equal that amount.  (Example - if your order totals $45 then a $5 delivery fee will be added).

Deliveries are  every Monday.  Either someone must be present to receive the meals and make payment or you must leave a cooler with freezer packs (or ice) at or near your front door.
